High School Recap
Lettered four years each in football, basketball and baseball for Moberly (MO) high school. Started at wide receiver, safety, kicker, punter and punt returner and helped lead Moberly to its first perfect regular season (10-0) in school history, with three consecutive district championships along the way. Was All-State, All-Conference and All-District at wide receiver with 1,700 career receiving yards, and scored 299 points, which included 14 field goals (including a school-record 47-yarder). Also had 13 interceptions as a defensive back. Four of my field goals were from 40 yards or more, including a 41-yarder as a sophomore that came with just one second left that gave Moberly a 10-9 win in the district championship. Finished high school career ranked 3rd all-time in Missouri state history in PATs (137) and kicking points (179). Also earned All-State, All-Conference and All-District honors as an outfielder for the baseball team, hitting for a .440 batting average as a senior. Was also a forward/guard on Moberly's 23-4 basketball team that won conference and district titles and advanced to the state playoffs.
